Mandalay Holiday Resort & Tourist Park is situated 4 kilometres west of Busselton, off Bussell Highway, right opposite the beach. Geographe Bay is a 70 kilometre long sandy beach with a northerly aspect which means the water is mostly calm.

It is ideal for swimming, fishing, snorkelling, crabbing and sailing through the summer and fishing, crabbing and beachcombing through winter. Mandalay is connected to town by cycle ways which run along the beach.

Busselton has new modern shopping centres and a variety of eating houses, restaurants, art and craft shops, museums, hotels and a 2 kilometre long wooden jetty.

The vineyards of Busselton and Margaret River, the surf beaches and rugged coastline, such as Yallingup and Cowaramup Bay, are all within an easy drive from Mandalay.

Superior accommodation 2 storey double brick and tile villas overlook the beach. Downstairs you have a luxury bathroom with spa, shower, vanity, toilet. Laundry with auto washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed (with electric blanket) in one room and 4 single beds in the other. Linen, blankets, towels and pillows supplied. Accommodates a maximum of 6 people inc. children, infants and visitors. Upstairs you have a lounge with TV, DVD, air conditioning, heating and ceiling fans. This fully self contained chalet has an outlook to the ocean and accommodates a maximum of 7 people including infants and visitors. The bedrooms have a queen size bed with electric blanket and pillows in one room, a double bed with bunk above in the second bedroom and a set of bunks in the third bedroom (2 singles). Linen, blankets and towels supplied. The lounge has TV, DVD, air conditioning and heating. The kitchen/dining area has a gas stove with oven, microwave, large fridge, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, electric kettle and toaster. The lounge has a TV, DVD, air conditioning, heating and ceiling fan. The kitchen/dining area has an electric cooktop, microwave oven, large fridge, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, electric frypan, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet.   Ensuite Cabin
Our cabins have a double bed in the living area and a bunk bed (2 singles) in a separate bedroom. The cabins have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, hot plate, electric frypan, kettle and toaster, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. They have a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. The cabins have reverse cycle air-conditioning, TV and DVD. Linen and towels are supplied so all you need to bring is your beach towels. One of the cabins is suitable for disabled persons and has a double bed and a bunk bed (2 singles) in the living area. Our cabins accommodate a maximum of 4 persons only inc. children, infants and visitors. Each cabin has an outdoor table and chairs on the verandah.

  Park Cabin
Coromal 3M wide by 6.6m long cabin vans. Island double bed at one end, centre kitchen/dining and 4 single beds with pillows at the other. Accommodates a maximum of 6 people inc. children, infants and visitors. Electric cook top, microwave oven, fridge, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, electric frypan, kettle, toaster, TV, heater and fan. All you need to bring is linen, blankets and towels. A modern amenity block is not far from your door. Each cabin has an outdoor table and chairs on the verandah.
