two
forms
of
accommodation,
a

elegantly
furnished
homestead
and
multi-level
chalet.
Both
have
access
to
our
3
acre
gardens
and
fully
enclosed
tennis
court.
In
addition,
fresh
farm
eggs
are
provided
for
your
breakfast
as
well
as
wholesome
muesli
and
fresh
milk.
Our
multi-level
Villa
has
a
unique
design
incorporating
natural
rocks
as
a
feature
in
the
entrance.
It
has
two
bedrooms,
the
Master
bedroom
which
features
a
Queen
size
bed
and
views
across
farm
land
to
the
Porongorups.
The
second
bedroom
is
accessed
by
a
custom
made
spiral
staircase
and
has
2
single
beds.
It
has
a
large
lounge/dining/kitchen
area,
bathroom
and
washing
machine
facilities.
A
Pot
belly
stove
heats
throughout
and
for
those
who
really
feel
the
winter
chill,
electric
&
wool
blankets
and
doonas
are
provided,
along
with
all
kitchen,
dining,
bath
and
table
linen.
Stove
and
hot
water
system
are
gas
and
microwave,
CD,
stereo,
Video,
TV,
quality
china
and
glassware,
together
with
many
other
utensils
are
included
in
the
inventory.
This
large,
elegantly
furnished
homestead
has
sweeping
views
across
farmland
to
the
Porongurup's.
It
is
well
lit
and
spacious
with
large
verandas
to
sit
out
on
and
enjoy
the
weather.
The
Master
bedroom
has
a
Queen
sized
bed
and
ensuite
bathroom
and
wardrobe.
There
are
3
additional
bedrooms,
with
both
double
beds
and
single
beds
available.
The
kitchen
is
large
and
features
a
dishwasher
and
a
luxury,
vintage,
iron
stove
with
both
electric
and
wood
capacities.
The
homestead
has
a
second
bathroom
and
also
has
a
Pot
belly
stove,
electric
&
wool
blankets
and
doonas
are
provided,
along
with
all
kitchen,
dining,
bath
and
table
linen.
Washing
machine

the
