Welcome to "Ruffino's On The Terrace" Italian Family Restaurant.

Ruffino's On The Terrace is located on Mandurah Terrace across from Mandurah's stunning Foreshore. 

Our original and extensive menu complimented by the superb Mandurah foreshore setting, makes the Ruffino's On The Terrace, a warm and welcoming atmosphere to relax and enjoy your meal.

Our Restaurant is BYO & Licensed. Sample the range of Ruffino Red & White Wines, makers of fine wines since 1877.

Chilli Prawns - Prawns with tomato and chilli with a touch of garlic
Garlic Prawns - Prawns in Ruffino's own Garlic Sauce.
Chilli Mussels - Fresh local mussels (Entree & Main)
Calamari Fritto - Deep fried crumbed squid rings.
Salsicce Italiane - Hot Italian sausage, pan fried with olives and lemon juice, served on a bed of lettuce.
Antipasto - Available in serves for 2, 4, or 8 people
Brushetta - Traditional recipe fresh tomato, garlic and fresh basil on lightly toasted bread.

Alla Sicilliana - Black olives, capers, broccoli and hot chilli with Napoletana sauce
Aglio Olio Peperoncino – Olive oil, sun dried tomato's garlic and chilli sauce
Carbonara - Bacon, eggs, parmesan cheese, a touch of garlic & cream
Puttanesca - Green olives, anchovies and capers cooked in white wine with garlic, tomato and hot chilli
Marinara - A combination of seafood with a touch of white wine, garlic and tomato.
 
PASTA - Penne
Arrabbiata – Hot salami, black olives and hot chilli with napoletana sauce
Aurora – Bacon, peas and fresh mushroom with napoletana sauce.
Genovese – Grilled eggplant in napoletana sauce, with a touch of wine.
Calabrese – Bacon, capsicum, fresh mushroom, hot chilli, cooked in white wine and napoletana sauce.
Capricciosa – Leg ham, mushrooms and black olives, tossed in tomato and white wine.
Dolce Vita – Marinated artichokes, diced leg ham with a touch of garlic and napoletana sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese.
Vegetarian – Lightly fried potato in olive oil, capsicum, eggplant, zucchini, onion tossed in napoletana sauce.

Alla Panna – Leg ham, mushroom in cream sauce with a touch of white wine.
Ruffino's – Marinated artichokes, sun dried tomato, with a  touch of white wine, with a cream and napoletana sauce. 
Boscaiola – Marinated artichokes, sun dried tomato, black olives cooked with white wine and a touch of napoletana sauce. 
Primavera – Roast capsicum, eggplant and black olives, with a touch of white wine and napoletana sauce. 
Cacciatore – Diced chicken, mushroom, capsicum, black olives, white wine and fresh tomato. 
 
PASTA - Lasagna & Cannelloni
Lasagna Al Forno – Layers of fresh pasta with mozzarella, ham, Bolognese and bιchamel sauce 
Meat Cannelloni – Meat & spinach rolled in fresh sheet of past topped with 
Vegetarian Cannelloni – Spinach & ricotta rolled in fresh sheets of pasta topped with napoletana sauce.

Cotoletta Parmigiana – Crumbed veal, cooked with sweet sherry, topped with fresh mozzarella and napoletana sauce. 
Scaloppine Al Vino – Escalopes of pork fillet, pan-fried in a white wine sauce.

Pollo Parmigana – Crumbed chicken breast, cooked with sweet sherry, topped with fresh mozzarella and napoletana sauce. 
Pollo Cacciatore – Chicken Maryland fillets cooked with fresh mushroom, capsicum, black olives, tomato and a touch of wine. 
Pollo Della Nonna – Chicken Maryland cooked with sweet sherry, fresh mushrooms with a touch of cream and cracked pepper.
Cotoletta Parmigiana – Crumbed veal, cooked with sweet sherry, topped with fresh mozzarella and napoletana sauce.
