The Stage Door Bar & Brassiere is located in the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre, and features and an extensive a la carte menu as well as set menus to choose from for larger groups. We also have a fully licensed bar, coffee & cake facilities and off premise catering services for any occasion

Brushetta - Mini pitta bread brushed with Dandaragan olive oil and topped with semi sun dried tomato, fresh basil, red onion and fetta cheese.
Turkish Bread - Served with a selection of dips or with Dandaragon fruity olive oil.
Italian Bread - Freshly Baked bread with semi sun dried tomato, black olives and basil. Served with a warmed onion and beer relish. Chef’s own creation
Crab & Cream Cheese Mushrooms - Served with a peach & avocado salsa.
Oysters - Natural: With Fresh Lemon , Kilpatrick: With bacon, bourbon & Worcestershire , Crumbed & Fried: With lemon myrtle & black pepper
Kashmiri Spiced Calamari - With Gahram Marsala, cinnamon and nutmeg. Served with a mango & Chilli chutney..
Garlic Prawns - Pan fried tiger prawns sautéed with garlic, white wine and cream. Served with jasmine rice.
Thai Prawns - Pan fried Tiger prawns sautéed with garlic, chilli and fresh coriander.  Served with jasmine rice.
Baby Octopus Salad - Char grilled octopus marinated in a Thai chilli and palm sugar vinaigrette. Served over a warm Asian salad with bean sprouts and coriander

Cajun Chicken Salad - Char grilled Creole spiced chicken, set on a bed of English spinach, cherry tomatoes, cashews and parmesan cheese; finished with an Asian dressing. A Stage Door favourite!
Fish & Chips - Fresh Water Bass fillets. Served grilled to perfection or fried in our own James Squire Beer Batter; Served with chips and salad
Pumpkin Tartlet - Pumpkin, zucchini and barbecued eggplant sautéed in a mild curry BBQ sauce with roasted cumin seeds in a crisp pastry shell. Served with salad
Duck Medallions - Lightly marinated in orange liquor, served with jasmine rice & English spinach. Finished with a mandarin & blueberry jus.
Steak Sandwich Deluxe - Fillet of beef, grilled and served on a mini sun dried tomato turkish loaf, with gourmet greens, tomato, aioli and our very own tomato relish. Served with fries or add egg & cheese
Stage Door Chicken Strips - Chicken tenderloins flavoured with a lemon Creole spice, shallow fried and served with a honey & sesame seed dressing.
Cheese Board - A selection of Australian Cheeses, dried fruits and nuts with wafers.
Smoked Lemon & Lime Chicken - Smoked chicken breast sautéed in a lemon and lime pesto vinaigrette. Served on a bed of avocado, asparagus and fetta salad.
Field Mushrooms - Whole Field Mushrooms, served grilled with Mediterranean vegetables, flame roasted red peppers and pine nuts. Finished with a pimento cream sauce and a polenta cake.
Main Meals - Act III
Mandurah Whiting - Fresh Mandurah Whiting lightly dusted in an African style spice. Served with roasted potato skins filled with tartare sauce and the Chefs own sweet Soya dressing.
Smoked Salmon Filo - Snapper fillet topped with Tasmanian Smoked Salmon and camembert cheese, wrapped in filo pastry. Sauced with a sweet chilli, basil and seeded mustard oil. Finished with fresh asparagus spears.
Pork Fillet Risotto - Pork fillet marinated in a Jordanian spice with pumpkin, carrot, pear and cinnamon sautéed with Arborio rice.
Lamb Loins - Pesto Lamb loins served with Stage Door vegetable stack (Sweet potato, zucchini, tomato and bocconcini cheese) and finished with a minted jus
Seafood Medley - Filled with lemon myrtle and cracked black pepper flavoured Jasmine rice, Steamed and finished with lemon mustard, wasabi & mayo sauces ,Topped with king prawns and a smoked salmon rosette
Beef Tenderloins - Char grilled to your liking and served with a potato risotto and Tasmanian Smoked Salmon, steamed broccoli and your choice of: A forest mushroom sauce or green peppercorn & Brandy jus
Scotch Fillet Steak - Char grilled to your liking and served with roasted potato, grilled prawns, steamed broccoli and your choice of: A forest mushroom sauce or green peppercorn & Brandy jus
Mandjar Chicken Breast - Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, filled with a seafood couscous. Finished with a scallop & saffron cream sauce.
Cranberry Quail - Baby quail filled with apricot, spinach and pine nuts, finished with a cranberry jus. Served with a gourmet salad.
Stage TowerVeal Schnitzel layered with leg ham, Swiss cheese, topped with a cream sauce. Finished with fresh asparagus spears and a capsicum, red onion and cucumber salsa.
Oriental Chicken Curry - Tender chicken pieces sautéed in a mild lime curry sauce with Tiger prawns, Hoikken egg noodles and Bok choy.
Roasted Goat - Tender goat, lightly marinated in a red wine vinegar, garlic, fennel & thyme. Oven roasted medium rare, served with gourmet potatoes, roasted tomatoes and finished with a native bush pepper jus.
