Most of our meals use fresh, local produce from the Peel Region. Our wine list includes many wines from our very popular and renowned local wineries. If you have any special requests, please advise our friendly staff and our Award winning team of chefs will do their very best for you.

Beef Salad - Honey soy and ginger marinated fillet slices served on a crispy rocket salad, with a coriander yoghurt dressing. (Entree & Main)
Peppered Chicken Linguini - Fillet of chicken sautéed and tossed with chorizzio sausage, roasted peppers, mushrooms, seasoned cream and green peppercorns on fresh linguini. (Entree & Main)

Main Meals
Tuscan Chicken - Breast of Chicken filled with roasted peppers, sun ripened Tomatoes and Camembert, baked in Filo pastry and served with roast pepper sauce on a Garlic mash and a garden salad.
Thai Chicken - Strips of chicken breast cooked in an aromatic red curry & coconut cream sauce served with fresh stir fried vegetables, timbale of rice and pappadams.
Seafood Risotto - Arborio rice, tiger prawns, scallops, squid & green lip mussels simmered in a saffron infused broth. Finished with field mushrooms & roasted roma tomato.
Crispy Skin Tasmanian Salmon - Oven baked Tasmanian salmon on roasted sweet potatoes with baby leeks and chevil butter sauce with a side salad.
Snapper – Cooked how you like, sautéed in lemon & white wine menuier, deep fried in our light beer batter or pan fried served with a garden salad.

Chilli Bug Tails - Succulent bug tails sautéed in fresh chilli, tomato & capsicum julienne served with fragrant rice and side salad.
Sunbreakers Seafood Platter (for 2) - Includes a great selection of Chilli Mussels, grilled Prawns, Scallops, Calamari, Baby Octopus, Oysters Kilpatrick or Natural, fresh fillets, grilled bug tails and blue manna crab (seasonal), with a garden salad, our Tartare and Seafood sauce.
Veal Saltimbocca - Veal Fillet pocketed with Honey leg Ham and mozzarella cheese, pan-fried with a fresh Herb, creamy Garlic & White Wine sauce accompanied by Sunbreakers delmonico potatoes with a side garden salad.
Six Point Lamb Rack – Crusted with sun dried tomatoes and fresh herbs, served with oven roasted shallots, garlic mash and a rich rosemary jus with a side garden salad.
Kangaroo & Shitake – Kangaroo loin marinated in red wine, olive oil. Celery, peppercorn and bay leaves grilled until medium rare served beside Sunbreakers delmonico potatoes and topped with shitake mushroom glaze with a side garden salad.
